  1. I lost 30 lbs by exercising twice a day and eliminating soda, fast food, fried food - basically all junk food and drinking tons of water I'm talking like 16-20 tall glasses of water a day.  best of luck :)


  2. Well i started in the gym then few months after i joined i got sick.... appendicitis.... then lost 4kg, then 3months there after i got sick.... stomach bug.... lost 5.5kg and that's how i lost weight
