Anyone who is interested in joining an English study group?

Hi, I am trying to find someone who is interested in improving his/ her English ability. I have some ideas about forming a study group. So ~~ to English lovers, you are welcome.

I am a Taiwanese and I would like to practice either writing or speaking with the same English lovers.

Anyway, if you know anyone who might be up to it or any websites that I can go to, please tell me.

Improving English by interacting with people is great. But with a book by native speaker would be faster, I think.

I'm always looking to improve any language!  I'd be willing to do whatever, and maybe you can teach me a little Taiwanese.
