Anyone who knows about Bronze Wing Pionus?

Question

We have a 4 month old female we bought Sunday. Does anyone know if you can mate them up with a Pionus of different color, such as, a Blue or other. Does it have to be another Bronze Wing? I can't find allot about the Pionus on the web and was just wondering if it was like the Cockatiels where the color doesn't matter. If you know of a good website on them please let me know the URL

Do you mean by mate them up ---breeding? If that is your thought why would you want to mess up one of the prettiest pionus by cross breeding? If you have to ask a question like that you dont know enough about breeding and need to do a lot more research including your motives.

If you mean to get another another bird as a companion to your bronze wing --there is no guarantee they will get along. They may love each other or be mortal enemies.

I mean no offense by my comments  --I just dont understand your motives.
