  1. They won't let you on the plane without a passport. Since it is required for entering the Cayman Islands

    National U.S.A. (US)            /Embarkation U.S.A. (US)

    Destination CAYMAN ISLANDS (KY)

Passport (must be valid for the period of intended stay)

    required.

Visa not required for a stay of max. 30 days.

Extension up to a max. stay of 6 months is possible.

Being on a cruise ship is different, as long as you've stayed on the ship.

  2. U would definitely need a passport o travel to the cayman islands. As of 2007 you are not allowed to use your birth certificate for travel to and from the caribbean.

  3. For Cayman Island, if you are travelling by AIR, you must have a passport.

  4. Well you can ALWAYS do a GOOGLE SEARCH and that will take you to the U.S.P.S web site, or you can go to your local POST OFFICE and pick up the forms to apply... but it takes 6 to 8 WEEKS to get a passport back... and you WILL have to have a passport now... you can't use your utility bill from home or a xerox copy of your birth certificate.. you will need a CERTIFIED copy just to apply for your passport.

You have WAITED TOO LONG... you can't do it by July 28th... you needed to start working on this back in April or May at the latest.

I'm surprised the Travel Agent even sold you an airplane ticket because they are supposed to get your passport number to sell one... but no matter... the airline WON'T LET YOU ON THE PLANE without a PASSPORT.
