witney, you have the vaults, cross keys, one place is a must to visit is the windrush amazing family pub which do the best ever sunday carvery's and very pretty a littl out of witney near the golf course greens. i suggest you take a car trip through carterton one evening and check it out. there are some amazing ones if you carry on, on the A40 towards cheltnam there are loads of cotswold stones pubs on the road and venture into burford village very pretty very s****. but you should find some amazing family pubs! hope this helps x
