Anyone who lives in the city I need your help?

Question

I'm working on opening up a new restaurant in the city. I'm trying to figure out what foods people eat and what they want. If you could take a moment and fill out my survey I'd appreciate it. It's 6 quick questions and if it takes you 2 minutes that'd be an overstatement.

Philly has it's steak and cheese

NY and Chicago have their different variations of pizza

Detroit has Lafayette Conney island, I never had one!

Detroit needs to have its own nationally recognized food.

How about beer can chicken? You could have say about 20 chickens in different stages of cooking kind of going down an assembly line of a grill ( preferably charcoal ). They take about 2 hours to cook  so you could just add one every 6 minutes, at the beginning of the line, for every one add, you take the last one off.

I don't know pretty lame I guess, but at least I'm thinking.

What Detroit needs and by that I mean in the downtown area or surrounding area so you get visitors is a few more restaurants to choose from.  What I look forward to seeing some day is (of some variation of these)

1. Buffalo Wild Wings

2. Hooters

3. Hot Dog resaurant like Hippo's in Troy (just ate there today)

4. Pizza by the slice where you get a huge slice of pie

5. Chipotle

I think a quick in and out or somewhere that you have some outdoor seatings like Niki's and a quick and easy menu will thrive in Detroit.  Of course, the franchise has the name, but if you start your own, you can make a name for yourself.
