I'm going to try taking Biotin to make my hair grow faster and healthier because I heard it was good for that but I have a few questions...Are there any side-effects?Does it make the hair all over your body grow faster too? (I don't want to grow a moustache or something!)How much should you take per day?Does it really improve the condition/growth rate of your hair and how long does it take to see improvements?Thanks, any help will be appreciated! :D
