  1. what they said  ^-^

  2. "Full hands in/hands out" means that you're always carrying something either to the restaurant floor such as food, refills, condiments, etc or you're bringing back empty plates, glasses, etc.

I have no idea what L.A.S.T. stands for.

Usually if you're not sure about an out of state ID, you should check with your manager to verify it.

  3. Full hands in and full hands out means to make sure you walk into the kitchen with dirty plates from tables in your hand, and on your way out grab plates from the dish tank and stock up plateware for the cooks.

  4. Full hands in and full hands out means that when you are entering or leaving the kitchen area that you are always bringing something back (like empty dishes and you always take) or taking something to a guest from the kitchen (condiments, food, refills...)

L.A.S.T. each company has their own acronyms so it is tough to say exactly what this one means.

Ideally you need an ID book that will show you each states ID/DL, in most places all out of state DL's need to go through a manager for authentication

  5. Miss beautiful, me I was working on the restaurant
