  1. Hola Rola has described a Libra boss perfectly.

The breakfast thing...They need you to constantly show them what you think of them. You can't start anything with them that you don't wan to continue forever. Don't bother trying to reason with them because there will always be a debate. You will always be wrong. If you are savvy you could easily talk them into a circle that makes them look bad. Come at them with a reason to get a raise and they will become devoted to not giving you one. Come at them with fake low self esteem and talk about how you can never get ahead and they will give you the raise.

  2. YES! right here!

she's not really my boss, she is just the office manager that does all the billing and pays the bills and so forth... she is kind but she can be manipulative... wants to be the center of attention all the time, passive- aggressive, not completely a joy to be around but likes to act like it (like i said passive- aggressive). im not so sure about her. i like to be straight forward w ppl w what i expect... w her it's like i go and p/u some breakfast one day and she expects it all the time... and she is tempermental... but then again i am the type to do what i want when i want, so i can see where she gets mad at me but may feel that she doesnt know how to express it or deal w it... once in a while she'll blow up though.... ummm overall though she is a good person or tries to be. she wears nice stuff i guess, it's flamboyant middle age stuff, she's good looking for her age (v much so)

  3. Really, a person's personality is based more on their rising sign than their sun sign. Many Libras doesn't appear very Libraish. One common thread among pretty much all Libras is the need for a large, close social group and the need for fairness/objectivity.

When dealing with your boss, even if she doesn't seem like a fair person (because of her personality) you can probably appeal to her need for fairness by framing your problems within the concept of doing what is fair.

Also, many Libras I've met tend to like to "fix" things, which can rub a lot of people wrong (especially those that don't WANT to be fixed). Just remember that Libras THINK they are helping when they criticize. They actually criticize people they care about, so don't take it like your boss doesn't like you if you get the critical tongue. The best thing you can do (which probably no one else will think of) is to say "Thanks for pointing that out to me!" And wah-lah! You just made a Libra friend for life. ;-)
