  1. Yes you can, First you need to find high quality 320x480 wallpapers. Save the pictures to your PC. Mac users can either save the images to a folder or add them to iPhoto library.

Then transfer iphone wallpapers to your iphone or ipod touch by launching your iTunes. Click the 'Photos tab' and select 'Sync photos from'. From the pop-up menu

get your previously saved pictures or wallpapers. Then sync the pics to your iphone.

Now, on the iphone, you can go to 'Photos' section of your camera. Browse through the albums or camera roll until you find the picture you like. Select the picture to display it in full screen mod. With a single tap, a menu appears and you can tap the icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Here you can select if you want to email the picture, save the picture as wallpaper, or assign to a contact.

If you cannot see the wallpaper on your iphone desktop, perhaps you need to install a 'Summer Board' by using either iBrickr or AppTapp Installer. Then turn the 'theme wallpaper' to 'off', and now you can view your favorite picture on desktop.

You can find categorized wallpapers at myiphonewallpapers.com where you can view and free download 3D wallpapers, s**y wallpapers, Anime wallpapers, Game wallpapers, Holiday wallpapers, Movie wallpapers, Arts wallpapers, Car wallpapers, wallpapers of Animals, Pets, Nature, Sceneries and Sports.

  2. I dont think you can. I googled it but all that came up was this question. I checked my manual and if didn't say anything about it. If you want to take a picture from the enternet you will need to save it into your pictures on the computer and download it through iTunes.  This has always worked for me
