Anyone with extensive knowledge about being arrested and awaiting a court date?

It's a minor situation regarding a suspended license. Please help!

When you post bail they give you a court date on the spot - which is just the intial hearing - you get read your charges.

Go to the court on the date and location on your citation.

At that time you may plead guilty or not guilty.

Traffic citations are usually heard on the date you first appear.

If you plead guilty you will receive a fine and if needed time to pay.

Do not blow this off. If you do not pay the fine,a warrant will be issued for your arrest and this is another charge against you.

If you have a valid license, take a copy of your DMV report with you and show that you actually have a valid license.
