  1. F-1 visa is student visa.

USA is short of nurses. Once you can your RN, apply for a job in a hospital. They will hire you and you can get green card through H-1 visa.

  2. No, you cannot do that.  You must be able to pay for your education without the need to work.  Further, you need a BSN (4 year degree) in order to get a work visa as a nurse.  As an RN with a 2 year degree you will not be qualified.

  3. You must contact your prospective school to inquire about this. Each college has different rules. After all, they will assist you on this if ever. Besides your question has so many variables. Find a school that will allow you to do what you plan. Good Luck.**
