Anyone with ss over 50 get their stimulus check yet?

mine finally showed up on the irs website, showing a 6/20 date. was hoping maybe it would come earlier. is it true that once you've seen your info there, and then you get the "we're sorry" line, that your check has been processed & mailed?

we got a letter from the IRS saying that we would receive our payment BY 6/6/08......BUT if we did not receive it within 6 weeks to contact them.  We got that letter on 6/2/08.  Our ss ends in 36.  It is 6/9/08 and have not received it yet.

On another note.....my grandparents received their stimulus payment direct deposit on time and everything, but it was only 600 and they are married......what a mess this whole thing turned out to be   :(

I also was informed through the IRS web-site that my check would be"issued" on the 20th of June.  SS # ending 62.  I assume that means that it will be sent out or processed that day.  I am not expecting it for a few days after that maybe the 23rd or 24th.  It seems to be the pattern.  I do not think that paper checks are coming any earlier that planned.  What is the "we're sorry" line that you get after receving letter?  I never heard that.

Same here.  My info has been on the site for two weeks and no check yet.  I hope it is in the mailbox today!!  It was to be mailed on Friday so I am hoping today or tomorrow at the latest.  I need that money badly!!

My info showed up on the website on Sunday (6/1). On Monday I got the "no specific information" thing again. On Tuesday, my information was back up and has been ever since.  Unfortunately, no check yet.

no because i have seen my info on the site for 2 weeks now and my check was to be mailed 6/6 and i haven't gotten it yet.  i am hoping and praying that today i get it!!!
