Anyone with suggestions for a cruise in Mexico? Where can I get good prices? What are some fun things to do ?

My mom wants to go with my dad to mexico for a cruise (and also invite our grandparents)

I obviously have no idea where to book these tickets (likely planned to be in November, don't know if that's a good time to go...)

Any help would be appreciated.

OK although I have not cruised to mexico yet I have cruised to the bahamas multiple times. And above all else I would reccomend a "QUALITY" cruise line.  My suggestion is go with Rpyal Caribbean

It may be best to either go through a travel agent and/or the cruise line themselves. I always use the travel agent. They can help you chose which port to go through and help book it all together to help save on airfare if needed.

Right now they have specials going on that are very cheap as well.

Another thing to consider, depending on your budget, would be what type of room do you want? The rooms are small but you also have to real;ize that you most likely will spend very little time in them except to sleep. There is always something going on on the ship and off.

You ghave the option to chose from 3 & 4 Night cruises to 7 night cruises.

Something else to consider is what activities will they want to do once on shore? There will be plenty of "free" things to do as well as paid  trips & tours. Everything on the ship is free with the exception of the alcohol. There are also shops on each boat for some limited shopping as well as casinos, spas, nightly shows ect...

I think the most iportant thing is to get the right cruise line. You can not go wrong with Royal Caribbean
