Anyone work at Culvers?

I have worked there for 9 years am I crazy?

Yes, I did for 20 months and almost killed myself near the end. I worked with bad management and a few nasty co-workers though, and all the "rules and regulations" were too much to handle. You did one little thing wrong and you were called out.

I argued with a team leader on numerous occasions, and even snapped at him in front of a manager and we both got a talking to. Near the end of my Culver's run I actually went as far as to attack a co-worker (just a shove, but a hard one that actually made her cry). I got a small talking to, but everyone understood because that girl was a *****, lol.

Your crazy in my opinion, but if you enjoy it, more power to you.

I never even heard of Culvers until they just put one near me.  I still have never eaten there.  It is basically as fast food place, I'm guessing similar to a Sonic.

If Culvers pays your bills and you are happy, I wouldn't worry about what others think or say about the place you work.  As long as you are happy and are planning out your future.
