Anyone work at Logan's Roadhouse or Roadhouse Grill?

I have some questions for those of you who work at either of these places. I've been thinking about trying to get a job at one of these places but am not sure how much they might be making in my area.

Could anyone give me an idea of how much the busboys and servers are making at their restaurants (hourly wage and tips)? Also, could you tell me what city your restaurant is located in (for comparisons sake)?

I had heard the servers at my local Logan's were taking home $125-$150 in tips regularly but just wasn't sure about that one. Whatever info you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

In our area, there is only one Logan's.  I was there last week, and will not go back.  I asked the same question.  There was only two employees to be found, and they both had scowls on their faces.  Either they are being paid poorly, or no one wants to work there.  There was an ad in the paper looking for help.  There was a sing on the door, begging for help.  And there were no employees willing to work.  I think this Logan's will either shut down for lack of help, or shut down for lack of customers if they continue the current trend...

Sorry, but with the current economy, tips and jobs have changed in the last few months.  Unless you live in an area that is not affected by the gas prices and housing problems, tips and business have most likely lowered.  In the Appalachian area, busboys are paid within 50 cents of minimum wage, and servers only get over $100 per night on weekends.
