Anyone work at Old Navy and know their theft policies?

what do they do when u leave the store and the alarm beeps? would they follow you with a car and take down ur license plate number?

Did you steal from the store? If nobody followed you out of the store, your fine. If they did follow you they most likely took your plate down and you will be expecting an officer at your door with a warant for your arrest. If the alarm goes off, you should of went back in the store and made sure you were fine, instead of just walking out.

They could follow you to your house if you wanted to to get an address as long as they didn't enter your property. They can stop and contact you as long as you are still on mall or store property. Yes, they can follow you, and why you didn't go and take care of it at the time. I do not know. Be expecting an officer at your house very soon.
