Anyone work at TJMAXX?

I have a question.

When a person has a Gift Card and wants to use it how do I do it

on the cashier or just check how much is in it.

When the Phone Rings I know you have to say hello this is TJMaxx (Place) how may I help you but I have to say my name where you how should I say it.

How do you the returns and exchanges.

I'm shocked no one at the job has trained you on this. SCARY. I don't work there, but I can suggest an answer for the phone...

"Hello, this is Sallie Sue at TJ Maxx-New York, how may I help you?"

Eventually, you'll just drop the "hello" and probably start saying "TJ Maxx-New York, this is Sallie Sue, can i help you?" It's just something you do after you've been somewhere for a while...kinda eliminate unnecessary words.

I'd ask about the other stuff at work next time, and maybe bring a small notepad to take notes in.
