Anyone work at a meat chopin plant. i have an interview tomorow. how do they kill the cow before proccessing?

um...this might not be the right job for you. First of all they are called processing plants, not meat chopin plant. Yes they kill the cow first. They drop it in a vat of boiling water.....

Double D has the right idea. Don't worry about the interview though. I'm sure you'll do fine. Worry about whether or not you'll be able to stomach the slaughter. If you're on the kill floor that is.

normally they shock the animal unconsicous then they hang it upside down on a moving line and slit its throat over the kill pit. once this is done it goes on down the line till it;s gone
