Anyone work at chilis?

Question

i jsut applyed at the one in mt laurel, and i heard that they give you an interview right after you fill out the application, they didnt do that for me should i be worried ? i only filled it out today but anyone shed some light?

i know for a fact they are hiring

I worked at Chili's for 2 years, and at our store they always did a pre interview when the application was turned in. You could only turn in applications 2 days out of the week, and it was between 2-4 so they always had an available manager.

I no longer work there but I worked @ the Chilis in New Orleans...When I applied they gave me an interview right there on the stop. But I also know depending on how busy the managers were some people did not get an interview the same day but got a call back!! Don't Stress, every manager does things different! Good luck...make sure you are prepared for some hard but fun work!! :)

I've never worked at chili's but my cousin worked at Applebees. Sometimes if the manager was there they would interview right there, but if the manager isn't there they'll call you when they have a chance.
