Anyone work at natwest call centre?

Does any one work for natwest if so what is it like. I have been offered a job at the call centre is it any good?

I am sorry you have received sarcastic answers.  I really don't have any experience of call centres but feel it may be boring.  The nearest I have come to it is working on the tele-ad section of a local newspaper.  I really loved doing that.  I hope you have a clear English accent because it really annoys people on the other end of the phone when call centre operatives don't.  This can make them behave rather rudely.  Good luck, I hope it works for you.
