  1. Minimum wage for almost all positions.  Free lunch if the manager is in a good mood; otherwise we eat untouched French Fries ( you can tell when someone didn't touch them- usually).   Tips of $40 per shift if you wait tables.  That is the job to get.  Get comfortable shoes.  The best part is having fun with all the co-workers.  The place attracts fun people.
