Anyone work for Lan Chile?

I am considering applying for a job with Lan Chile and I am curious if anyone can tell me how it is working for them? I have heard that their minimums are quite low and it seems like a great opportunity.

I have flown on the LAN airlines (in Peru and Argentina) and they seem to have standards as far as looks and personality. Unlike the major US airlines. I say go for it if you like dealing with people.
