Anyone work or worked at Mcdonalds?

Hey. I just started training on the computer at Mcdonalds and I'm a little confused about the POS cashier of the Menu. Instead of them showing the whole food name..they have initials for shortage. I recognized some of the menu..but where the heck is the Fish O fillet initial? What is the initial? Please give me a direct answer please. Thanks.
