Anyone worked as a hostess or at applebees??

i applied for a job as a hostess at applebee's. can anybody tell me what to expect in the interview and job?

I worked as a hostess at Applebee's from February to August of last year.  They had me fill out a personality test at the interview; it was pretty easy to figure out what answers they wanted.  They also asked me how well I perform under stress and in a fast-paced environment.  As for the actual job, it was a piece of cake.  Seat guests according to the seating chart rotation and bus (clean) tables.  The servers are required to set aside a portion of their tips, and that gets divided between the hostesses, cooks, etc.  Working a typical Friday night shift for 4 or 5 hours, you'll probably get around $50 in tips depending on how busy the restaurant is.
