If you don't want to donate... why? and what can I do to improve web site?!

The text makes NO sense. I have no idea, in looking at the site, what it is and what it's for. If you can't use correct spelling and grammar, you aren't an organization I would trust to support.

The question is, why would someone donate to you?  This looks like a help forum for linux users - maybe the people getting help would give you a couple bucks, but it seems like a limited market.  

There is a lot you can do to improve the website.  First you need to clarify your offering.  The purpose of your site is not clear, I suggest fixing that and getting testimonials from people you have successfully helped.
