I am not familiar with the differences between Canada and U.S., but I am sure colleges in Canada are required to have assistance for students with disabilities.  Contact the local colleges in your area (Montreal University, Concordia University-Loyola, Lionel-Groutx College), and ask if they are hiring part-time, or where you can get more information on employment.
