fire fox is safe as well.It has nice and clever addons that you can download from their site.It is also fast and can read yahoo mail and fire fox can also function and look like opera.Fire fox is much safer than any.

Ctrl + Shift + Del = To delete history.

Ctrl + T = create a new tab.

Download the addon Download Helper if you want to download videos from youtube, crunchyroll, etc. and music from imeem, esnips and etc.

If you insist on using Firefox then use version 2.0.0.16 since it is the most stable release.  There are too many issues with version 3.0 and 3.0.1 to even list.

First remove Firefox 3.0 or 3.0.1

To remove Firefox 3.0 or 3.0.1

To download Firefox 2.0.0.16

Find your language

Then find your Operating System

Then click on download

Then install it.

try installing firefox add ones specially the adblock . This blocks all the unncesary ads and pops up from any website.

BTW MS has just released IE8 beta version. You may wanna try that.
