I just got back from a cruise and still feel dizzy and nauseaus sometimes. Apparently Dramamine can help with this (called MDD I found out after a google search), but it makes you drowsy and I'm working. I'd like to stop by the pharmacy on my lunch break and get something but is there anything like Dramamine that won't make me drowsy that will help with these symptoms?

  1. Meclazine is probably the right medicine for this - it targets vertigo specifically - but you'll need a prescription.

  2. Try Bonine, it's similar to Dramamine, but seems to work better

  3. I have severe motion sickness and I I have these bands I bought at walmart that basically put pressure on points of your wrist and make the sickness go away. They are a little uncomfortable at first , but you get used to them and they work. I think they were like $7 to $10 in the pharmacy section.
