My package has been sent from Japan to Canada via EMS on February. It has arrived at Missisauga,ON and is been reviewed on the 20th of Feb.

Its been 2 months and a half ever since. I track my package every week, and its never moves from 20th of Feb!!!! Ive called Canada post about it, they told me to open an inquiry from Japan, so i did. Postal office in Japan told me that its been stuck at the custom maybe because of the stuff thats inside the box. (yes i know, my package is big, but ive done the same thing before and it didnt even take a week to get to me!) So, i called Canada post again and ask if there is anything else i can do (like maybe call the custom office), they said no. wtf. its May already, its going to hit 3 months. ive read that the custom has the right to hold the package for 90 days. but what will they do after that? any suggestions is appreciated!!! has anyone else been in the same situation before where the custom holds the d**n package for 3 months?????

  1. You will be lucky that they don't charge you storage fees. Write a "Registered" Letter to your Member of Parliament, and explain your predicament.
