Question:

Anything i can do about sore muscles!

i have two-a-days for soccer for two weeks, and tomorrow (thurs) is only the fourth day.

my legs are pretty sore and i was wondering if there was anything i can do to make them feel better besides stretching..and ibuprofen (:

and don't say i need time to rest, because i don't have the time.

  1. have yur bf gove ur legs a massage

    if no bf...then i will do it


  2. drink a lot of water, and honestly soar muscles ONLY heal over time. Once you get back into running agian they will stop being soar, and eventualy youl just be used to it. So as soon as you get on the track dont limp just run normaly and itll stop evenutaly. Usualy takes probably 5 minutes of continous running.

  3. when you have extra time ice your legs or put a heat pad on your legs

    do you stretch before and after your soccer? if you don't...do it!

    or......GET SOMEONE TO MASSAGE YOUR LEGS! (not yelling)

  5. stretching, ice, hot water and when you are recovered start do squat to strengthen your legs

  6. Drink lots of water.

    Take a hot/ warm bath.

    Massage your muscles.

    Take a rest/ go to sleep.

  7. schedule an appointment to get a massage or find a willing friend!

  8. For sore muscles; I'd suggest getting a friend to give you a nice massage with warm baby oil .... followed by you taking a warm shower.  

  9. Coold shower, or bucket full of ice water, ater I work out I like to do it, it just numbs my muscles so I cant fell them.
