im thinkin of tryin out for short stop this year, ive never done it, so u guys and gals have any tips or anything to know about playin short stop, specific skillz maby?

A short stop plays between the second and third base. Short stops tend to be very speedy and agile and are critical to the defense as they provide extra protection in the infields.

SS tend to range anywhere from 5'8" - 6'2" and maybe even taller in height and weigh anywhere between 180-Lbs. - 210-Lbs.
