Anything that can make canker sores go away?

i have a bad canker sore in my mouth thats been there for a while and it hurts so bad

Try to pull whatever area it is you have the sore away from the rest of your mouth (ie, if it's on your cheek, pull your cheek away from your teeth), and dry it off.  Take a q-tip, dip it in peroxide, and put it on the sore.  Keep the area pulled away from the rest of your mouth for about a minute (give the peroxide a little time to work).  Try not to drink anything for a little while.

I've had my share of these, and this seems to get rid of them within 24 hours!

salt water, swish it in your mouth for 15 seconds  three times a day.. or you could do what i do and just put salt right on it hold it for a few seconds then rinse. its painful but it works
