Question:

Anything wrong with my tricep workout?

Ok so I just did like tricep extention, tricep kickbacks, and dips for like half an hour( with break in between of course,) but i don't feel any burns? should work out harder?

  1. Push-ups are very good. But most people think of the simple ones, but there are many different types of push-ups that work different parts of your upper body. Wide, Regular, Diamond, Feet elevated, one-handed, all of these work different parts of the chest/arms. And you will find yourself using muscles you didn't even know you had.  


  2. i'd say to focus on form more. go slowly and make sure you use the right form. If you cant go slow with really good form, try lighter weights and focus on fourm.
