also it's almost racing the first one to the wall wins there are various events an individual medley [i.m.] includes all 4 events where it is 400 or 200 [distance] may vary.

well one important thing wear a swim cap then the next thing if it is your first time use a kick board alot more that ic ant explain go to swim lessons
