OK, well whatever you do, those two answers above me are complete BS.

i suggest you do something that actually will guarantee you cash, like mowing lawns, and other yard work...that's what i did at your age, and its better then a real job too, because there are no taxes!

First off Thomas, do not listen to any spam about getting paid to do surveys...

My main way of income is mowing lawns. I started off just doing my parents lawn for free, and once I got good I went to my neighbor's house and asked him If I could do his lawn for 25$ a week. I mowed, edged, and swept. Once I got used to his lawn I got another lawn in the neighborhood for 25$. Also if your parents will allow you to do ebay try that. I am trying to convince them to let me sell stuff on ebay. One thing that I do over the summer is set up a garage sale. I get all my stuff that I dont use anymore and in late May/early June I set it up. Also during the garage sale you can make lemonade and cookies or something like that to get a few extra bucks. Also, save or pick up any loose change you can. If I see a nickel on the ground I pick it up, and I always save my change after getting a soda, snack etc...I am 14, and I have made over 1,000 dollars, and I put it in a savings account. Since I am young I can't earn much interest in the account, but its a safe place to put my money.

Of course you can earn money from home. People earning their bread and butter from the internet. But you should have a computer and internet connection. There are thousands of way you can start earning money from home.

1. You can start internet business without a penny (As I started with $2.00 in my pocket. But till today I have that $2 with me. Spend only 10% of your earning to grow business and that is my own opinion. It may differ to you).

2. You can start a mail order business.(Plenty of companies will be interested if they know you want to be partner of them and want to start a mail order business.)

3. Start to make some home made crafts and sell those on ebay. (There are a high demand of home made crafts on ebay)

4. Look at yourself. Brainstorm what subject you like the most or you want to talk about. Get  a telephone directory and start calling to interested persons who want that service. (i.e. If you know cooking you can start a cooking class, if you know gardening you can start a gardening class or if you are a pet lover you can start a pet club with a small monthly fee, where each will help another.)
