Anyway or palce i can find weather forecast from 2007 without paying?

I need to know if days like december 1 from 2007 and so on were sunny, rainy or had overcast, its for a project and i cant ifnd a sight without paying... anyone know plz?

go here: http://www.nws.noaa.gov and enter your location

on the bottom right side of that page, click "local climatology"

then choose these:

1) "Preliminary Climatology Data"

2) pick your specific location

3) "Archived Data" and choose the month you want

click GO and that's it

column 15 is where you will find the sky conditions, and this is how to interpret those numbers:

clear  (SCALE 0-3)

partly cloudy (SCALE 4-7)

cloudy (SCALE 8-10)

precipitation levels are under columns 7 (wtr = rain) and 8 (snw = snow)

Column 16 will also give you info about things like fog, thunder, etc...see the section at the bottom "symbols used in column 16" to interpret those. (and fyi, in that column, 18 is really 1 and 8)
