Anyway to beat a DNA paternity test??

Question

my ex has an order to appear in court and submit to a paternity test, but his new girlfriend told her friends that his bestfriend was going to spit in his (my ex) mouth before the swab test, so the dna wouldn't show up)

They are trying to think of all kinds of ways to cheat, will that or anything else ACTUALLY work??

Can't belive that this a*****e would want to deny his child anyway what a creep hope he gets everything thats coming to him and btw u say this guy is an ex im not so sure anyway u should give him his character scumbag !!!!
