Anyway to see what phone service a person uses?

Hi i was wondering how i can find what phone company/service someone uses by typing in their name or whatever. any sites i tired intelius or something, it doesnt give me what i am looking for.

I don't know where to find it but i know certain providers have distict numbers they sart with.
