Anywone know where I could find some live-in bar work outside London?...?

I have lived in London all my life and need to get away and clear my head. I have experience of the Pub/Bar Industry so that wouldn't be a problem. I don't have the funds to travel, so thought the next best thing would be to put some distance between myself and London and I wouldn't have to worry about finding rent!

Are there agencies that would be able to help me out - or is it a case of me just randomly calling around?

Find a new trade before thousands are made redundant in pub industry. You know why. The forthcoming explosion of illicit drink/smoke houses will pay less than legal min. wage. It has already happened in Ireland,Scotland and all over North America

go to www.gumtree.com that should do it. or if you can find a local kiwi,south African or Australian pub and grab a free copy of the TNT magazine or go on line and look up TNT jobs. hope you will find the info useful, that is how i get all my jobs. be  blessed at all times no matter how hard things get.

The Lake District where I live is aways looking for pub staff. A lot of the larger hotels also offer staff accommodation. I know the Patterdale Hotel is one such hotel, I am not sure if they are recruiting, but plenty of other places will offer work I am sure.

my local pub used to have foreign workers and I would house them, the pub pays. they haven't got anybody yet this year, try www.thewindmill.net
