  1. I'm sorry honey!  ive been through it myself, and trust me, your not alone.

You do understand that you need help, such as a hospital or a  psychologist, right?  there may be even support groups in your area as well.  Any eating dissorder is a "thinking dissorder"..Its just like alcoholism....your thinking is distorted.  Many ignorate people thinks its because you just want attention or think your fat...theres much more to it than that.  For me, when this started in high school...(im 35 now)..I didnt feel like no one understood me, and i felt like i was controlled by everyone else but me.  When this dissorder progressed, I 'thought' I was more in control of my life, because i controlled what i put in my body, and controlled my body weight...when in actuality I was way out of control....thats where the distorted thinking came along

...I got proffessional help, which i then thought i was cured...I didnt continue my therapy appointments, (big mistake!)  I picked up drinking instead.  (eating dissorders and alcoholism DO go hand in hand...esp without help)  So, please get help, and do continue to talk to people with the same illness.  Do not keep it bottled in.  Be proud of yourself for making the first step, which is you recognizing you having a serious problem.  If you ever want to talk more, let me know sweetie!  Good luck, and be strong.

  2. I suffered from bulimia for over seven years.  It is a terrible difficult disease.  The only way that i learned to stop the habit, is by strict discipline on eating habits.  I stick to lean protein, a lot of tuna, chicken, and turkey.  I eat lots of vegetables, yogurt, and small portions.  I found that when I ate pasta or lots of carbohydrates, I filled up and felt incredibly miserable, so now I avoid them.  Seven years ago, I did not like fish or vegetables, but I trained myself to eat them, and now I really enjoy them.  Bulimia can have terrible effects on your body, teeth and internal organs.  Be very careful.  Best advice that I have is small portions.  I drink a full glass of water or liquid thirty minutes before I eat a meal.  It fills your stomach and your portion desire will be smaller.  Then I do not eat too much and get full.  When I was full, I was compelled to vomit, and it was a vicious cycle.  Good luck to you, and be careful with your body.  I suffered damage to internal organs, hair loss and severe tooth decay, damage to my nose and throat as well.
