So next year, I have a choice of ap euro and ap us. I'm already taking ap chemsitry and biology so i dont want to make my schedule too overwhelming by adding a hard social studies. Which one is harder? also i face a dilema in that at our school ap euro is a blowoff and does not prepare you well for the exam and that the exam was hard; however, I heard that ap us was hard and prepares you really well for the exam. I want to do well on the exam but I don't want to take too hard of a class. In your opinion, which one should I take. also can someone tell me about the two exams and how hard they were?

  1. the exam for ap euro is the hardest out of all of the exams, including the math ones! so yeah it's pretty hard. i guess pick the one you're most interested in, because if you're interested in what you're learning then it's easier and more fun.

  2. you should definetly take AP US because it is the one where you will actually learn the most relevant content if you apply yourself (and stay int he country), and there are several colleges that don't accept the Euro credit. The vast majority of the colleges accept AP US, and many times you even get more credit than the Euro gives; APUS is the last in the history ladder (first world, then euro, then US).

i took APUS this year, just get a princeton review book and youll do well; make sure you apply yourself dude.

  3. my school is exactly the same way,  I went through this dilemma last year, take A.P U.S you can get credit almost anywhere and the test is easy.
