Ap latin lit?

Question

can the material that will be on the ap latin literature test be learned within a year?

or should latin be treated like a regular language ap test & spread out over 4 years or so?

As f**t as I know, AP Latin assumes you've had a few years studying latin before you start the AP.

I might be wrong, but I don't think so.
