Apache - viewing server from all computers

Ok ive installed apache and my computer has a static network address of 193.168.0.100, now everytime i type that into the browser i get "it works" i dont have anyother computers on my network yet so i cant test i.. but if i have another computer connected to the network and i type in 193.168.0.100 will i get the it works page? or is there something else i need to do?

  1. it should work. if u want, u can open up port 80 on your router and point it to your local ip 193.168.0.100. have your friend try enter your wan ip address in their browser. they should see your web server.

  3. Yes it should work without any problem. At work we have a server with Apache and any computer can access it. I also have a virtual server on my machine (WAMP) and this as well anyone can access it, but for this 1 i had to get firewall to allow connection to port 80 and since i was using Mysql i also had to create an exception on port 3306 too.
