South Africa because they are the most consistent in both forms of the game.

They are currently ranked 3 in the world in tests and 2 in the world in ODI's. They haven't lost a test series for a couple of years now, and they are consistently winning ODI series after ODI series. They currently have the most inform bowling attack in the world (Steyn, Ntini and Morkel) and there batting isn't bad either. India are a close 2nd as they are 2nd in tests and 4th in ODI's, at the moment they need to win more test matches, they are losing/drawing too many test matches after gaining an advantage.
