Apartment/Guest house options in Interlaken..?

I am looking for a 1 room apartment with 2-bed which has a guest kitchen,The hotels in and around Interlaken are quite expensive. Can anyone suggest some gud options ? How far should I look for an accomodation form Interlaken West station?I am planning to visit Jougfrau and Schilthorn from there.
