  1. have a house warming make it a pot luck that way everyone brings something play games like trivia but make it about family,do a craft

  2. a nice housewarming will be good for the whole entire apartment...then that when you pull out those tupperware thingy and serve a bunch of finger foods since you dont have much eating utensils...cheeses, fruits, cold cuts, veggies tray...then talk about the things you will need to furnish the rest of the apartment..

  3. A tupperware or partylite party is a great idea, because you can earn free stuff for your apartment. Your female relatives can buy things for themselves while helping you decorate. Partylite has great hostess promotions. I had a good party once and got about $600 in free candles and merchandise. Depending on how many people you have you guys could make fondue to snack on during the party. Good luck!

  4. I think the party idea is great have you thought about a Princess House party they sell crystal wear or a Pampered Chef cookware plus. The best part about having a party that sells stuff means that the demonstrator has some fun party ideas up their sleeves that are fun and allow you to get to know each other a little more. Don't give up on the selling something party, you also get some cool stuff just for having the party. Hope it is a success, luck to you.
