Apartments between Seattle and Everett?

Question

Just relocated to the Seattle area looking for a nice decent apartment between Seattle and Everett to rent for a year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You could live in the U-District, there are large Victorian houses with single rooms for rent. The down side is that you have to share the kitchen and bathroom. Lynwood is also nice.
