the best place to look from previous knowledge:

-if you have an employer already here ask the HR department to look into this.

-go to a large newspaper retailer some of the big ones have newspapers from other cities and countries.

-also goggle up a local realtor and see if they have condo's or other properties for rent most do.

but your best bet is to ask the Realtors or the HR dept. because some great deals are in very bad neighborhoods
