Minors can only enter into contracts if they have been emancipated.

Even then, the minor would have to have income to support the rent.

Most landlords require a stable job history, rental history, credit, etc.

You will be lacking in many areas that will automatically cause landlords to deny you housing.

The lease to a minor is arguably unenforceable.  Thus , it is difficult to get a  place that requires a formal lease.
